Harbor Freight motorcycle tire changing set-up

SOLD SOLD SOLD

For sale- Harbor Freight tire changing stand. This is my setup for changing motorcycle tires and works extremely well.

Details/Modifications to make it work better:
- Mounted to a solid base (included)
- The height of the machine has been reduced (section cut out and re-welded) for more leverage and better control when using the machine
- Motorcycle Wheel Adapter included (partially pictured- there is another piece that mounts where the square hole on the left side of the machine is)
- Jaws on the Motorcycle Wheel Adapter are covered with "Mojo Blocks" to prevent scratching your wheels
-Also includes No-Mar mount/demount bar

If interested call/text Kendall at 785- four one zero -7844. Asking $150 or best offer.

1995 BMW R1100RSL - North Ridgeville OH

1995 BMW R1100RSL
89k miles

It has the adjustable bars with heated grips.
The left cam chain tensioner has been updated so there is no death rattle at startup.
It has Michelin Pilot Road 2 tires installed with a few thousand miles on them.
The sight glass has been replaced and safety wired in place.
M97 gearbox

Price is firm at $4000
I might entertain a trade or partial trade for:
The right KTM dual sport or enduro.
A bike for my son who has outgrown his XR70R.

Issues:

I built this bike from two crashed bikes and a frame with a clear title a few years ago. The title and frame are from a 1995 R1100RS built in September of 1994. The motor is from the same build month, so there are no part ordering issues, using the VIN / build month except for the full fairing body work from the RSL and the transmission having been updated to the M97 gearbox.

The trip odometer will not reset to 0.

There are two plugs in the rear tire. It wouldn't stop me from riding 'til the strings show, but not all of us roll that way.

The clutch / transmission splines showed some wear at the last spline lube (80,605 miles). The splines on the clutch disk hub were pretty bad, so I installed a hub in good condition from another disk. I just pulled the starter to inspect the freeplay at the spline and it is about the same as when I did the spline lube so I don't see a failure happening any time soon. I'd plan on re-lubing and inspecting the splines by 100,000 miles.

There are some scratches and chips here and there and the system cases are pretty rough looking.

I love the bike and don't have to get rid of it. I just don't ride it enough to justify keeping it.

The price is firm, but there could be some negotiating on spare parts for an inmate or an inmate could just have all the spares with the bike for $4500

Rear wheel
20k mile final drive
wire harness
brake calipers
M94 gearbox parts including a good input shaft
ABS modulator
Motronic box
front brake disks
forks
swing arm
front control arm
1996 fame w/ clean title
1995 frame w/o title

Apparently it's easier to ask what you haven't had.

Evil KLR 650 Stuff

As I clean my spaces within the hallowed halls of Gearwhore Manor I come across vile and evil memories of motorcycles owned past.

I have a couple of items from the depths of KLR hell.

1 brand new and sealed Doohickey replacement kit from Eagle Mike. (Old 650's, not new). They are valued at $39.95 plus shipping. If you pick it up in Minneapolis or work out a meeting point it is yours for $40.00 even. KLR owners will see this as not only me profiting $0.05 but also lacking in added extras that usually accompany flea market deals. So, just for that, I promise to give you a half finished bag of sunflower seeds (David Cracked Pepper). Will not split. You save shipping...minus $0.05

1 brand new Countershaft seal for a KLR 650...(old 650's, not new)...hell, I am unsure if they fit the new 650's, I also don't care nor will I do the research for you ; ). $5.00, you can pick it up. I'd be happy to walk out of my house to hand it to you for a crisp or tattered fiver. You are saving $0.62 cents not including tax.

Package deal would be $45.00. The astute KLR rider will notice that I am losing $0.57 cents in the package deal. You might think I need to be chiseled down a bit further....you might...

Gus "Gearwhore" Breiland
Minneapolis "too bad you are so far away" Minnesota
I know there are enough KLR's in this region that shipping should not be necessary. Should you choose this method, you will be asked to cover shipping. I promise to select the slowest, least expensive method which may include waiting for a fellow inmate to travel to the same region as you and they will leave it in the middle of nowhere under a rock, 30 paces due easterish from a specific GPS point.

PM me, we'll exchange vitriol and unpleasantries from there.
