Mike;

Happy to receive your PM today.

Sure will be happy to assist with the ride. Your ride is the major part of the Rally for UPWEEKIS and me. I will have my DR650 ready to follow your KTM690.

Your rides are always GREAT.

See you in May.

I'm still workin out details for the RDV . I would like to say thanks to Twisted Throttle for all their help . He has offered to bring more stuff to the event and will provide more door prizes . Anybody else who knows a vendor who might support this event in any way big or small please contact them or let me know so I can follow up with them .

Due to the sponsorship of folks like TT and Adventurers workshop . I'll be able to supply more beer and food than ever this year . I am goingto do some special vittles ,at my Beer Garden , throughoout the event! If anyone has any suggestions let me know . I also will post a beer poll when I get a full list of whats available. I think I will also do a shooters event fri and sat after dinner. so stay tuned and let me know what you think .

I am also considering setting up some music . My past experience is that the selection of artists is fairly limited and tends to be a challenge . The owners have a few local bands who usually play southern rock and a little blues . Personally I like lots of music including Bluegrass another option availalble . Sometimes there are some pretty talented local bluegrass trio's who do small accoustic shows that I think are pretty cool .
The funny thing is every time we have this discussion we still have a lot of folks who end up not liking the music .

Any locals know a good cabin or such that can hold 12 people in that area?

Both motels have some cottages for rent . see page one.
If they don't have one that sleeps twelve , ask them if they know someone that does .
