Are you guys going to take 485 over to 85? If so, I will wait for you to come past me about 8:10-15 and slide in behind you both there at Johnston Rd exit. I don't want to miss this one!

Yes; we will jump on I485 at Rt74 near Matthews Fun Machines and will follow I485 to I85. See you at Johnson Rd.

Okay, herrserj and I will tenatively plan to meet up with you guys in Bessemer City. But we will be coming up via 160 to Ft. Mill, Newport, 274 to BC. We don't care a thing about riding 485 on our thumpers. ;) I will confirm our joining later this week.

Hmm, I rode old NC 105 on my big Vee a while back. I will try to join you guys at Matthews Fun Machines on Sunday.

That sounds like a good time. The more people there to kick up dust for that brand spankin' new bike to collect the better.

I'll try but don't wait on me, I'm working corners for the bike race in Charlotte Saturday night. Didn't do it last year, hear it's a big deal. 60k in prize money so all the pros will be there.

Somebody bring a rope, if I show you may need to drag me around.

I think I'm a definite maybe now. My Saturday duties will hopefully end by 9 or so. Looks like it might be a nice turnout? And...

Starwolve, are we going to see a Buell with knobs on it Sunday?

It would be awesome if you could join us.

Don't succumb to the wilds of Wisconsin. Safe travel back and hope to see you on the 17th at Hawthorne's.

That's the plan. It will be nice to get out and ride when I get back.

I still need to get the tires swapped around on the Ulysses. Any recommendations on a place that will do it relatively cheaply? I'll take off the wheels, but I need 4 tires taken off and then mounted. I have the tools, but no compressor. It might just be cheaper to buy a compressor at this point...

If you're anywhere near Rock Hill I have a compressor, stand, static balancer and tire puter-oner but you still have to use muscle to get them off. Got lots of booze here too...

What kind of puter oner did you get? I've been doing it the caveman way forever now, just using three hand tools, and muskle. A puter oner would be soooo nice.
