Timeframe

Hello,

We're currently 1 week behind schedule as of today. Getting all of the new details and quantities took longer than expected. Once received, it will take a few days to get all of the orders shipped. We try to QC everything that goes out the door.

I expect orders to start hitting door steps at the end of this month..

gloves

Hello again,

Just to update:

Our glove order should be handed to DHL within the next day or so. Hopefully, we'll start shipping sometime towards the end of next week.

I'll update this post again when they start rolling out the door...

Great Now, one tiny issue- is it possible to ship via USPS to Canada? Brokerage fees are horrendous from DHL and others.

Ko;
Are you close to the border? If so, it's better to go across to a receiver and pick the stuff up.
Mine charges me $3 and sends an email once a package has arrived.

Cheers

Yep, I use a UPS store across the border- they charge $5/package/tire. I rely on them when I can combine more packages or the shipping difference is big enough. Otherwise it's not quite worthwhile, it's ~3hr back and forth trip.

thanks...

we only use USPS

We won't use UPS due to their brokerage and misc. fee's. UPS is my last shipping choice solely for that reason..

Hi,

I just registered on advrider because it seems that the velocitygear's guy is not receiving my mails anymore... or at least he isn"t answering them.

So, this if for you : I wanted to order a pair of custom made formula gloves, but I'm still waiting for your reply about which size I should choose on the order form!

And by the way, I know that a french web journalist from lequipement.fr has been trying to get in touch with you and that you are not answering him neither... :/

email trouble

Hello Gamerfou,

I apologize, I have a "pending" folder that you were sorted to while awaiting confirmation. I wasn't able to add any additional gloves to this group buy. I apologize, I wasn't able to get you added in time. Have no fear, I'll make it up to you...

I'm still trying to catch up on emails but have yet to see anything from a French journalist.

PLEASE have him resend his email.........

gloves

Gamefou;

After the current orders are fulfilled, we're hoping to do another group buy. We need to try to get more orders for the Prodigy and Formula gloves and hopefully the color changes and overall quality will be enough to spur our customers into spreding the word.

As for people reading this, PLEASE send an email to RIDE magazine

ride@ride.co.uk

Tell them you want another glove comparison!!

Group Buyers;

We'll be shipping by the first of April, not as timely as I would have liked but I've made sure to stress quality over production speed.

The Juggernaut body armor and Exhibition Pro gloves will ship first, with the "custom" Formula and Prodigy gloves shipping there-after.

If anyone is in "dire" need of their gloves, pleae let us know and we'll see what we can do.

Otherwise, Thank You again for your continued patience. It's greatly appreciated.

Any questions please feel free..

don't forget:

ride@ride.co.uk

I hope it will be soon... my current gloves are dying, seams are bursting one after another for no reason... I shouldn't even be using them anymore :/

How about a pair of Exhibition Pro's when they come in? I'm sure we could work something out..
