Can you please resend your request? I'm sure it's been noted/filed with your order but just in case, please resend your email. If you're using an email address other than the email address used in PayPal, please include your name, PayPal transaction ID or the email address used for the original payment.

gloves- shipping

Hello everyone,
Once again, I'd like to Thank all group buy participants for their patience and understanding during this group buy process, it's been greatly appreciated.

Looks like we'll start shipping Exhibition Pro's tomorrow and through the weekend, with the Prodigy and Formula gloves following early next week. The Prodigy and Formula gloves took longer to produce due to the small quantities and different variations.

Our goal is to have another group buy but we need your support; please post a review of your gloves once received.

If you have a question about your order, please feel free to email support@highvelocitygear.com

We'll be posting the April buy in the next few days for those who are interested.

Once again, Thank You ADVRider members!

Sincerely,
JF
John Franklin

John, I'm interested in a set of the Exhibition Pro gloves, but the sizing has me concerned. The chart says my 8" hand is a size small. I normally wear X-large gloves. Is this EU sizing that different than ours?

Are you sure your hand measures 8" across the palm? That's about the same for me yet I have never worn anything besides a Medium...

glove order

Hello everyone,

Unfortuantely, I have some bad news;

Please know that I do not find joy in having to post this. While it will not change the final outcome, it does not do our products justice...the waiting..

Our shipment of gloves was not shipped to us as previously mentioned. I was supplied two tracking numbers and assumed the later was our Exhibition Pro glove order.

Long story short, our tracking numbers were for body armor only. If you ordered both, you'll be getting two shipments to complete your order.

I am currently awaiting email correspondence to see if I'm simply missing a tracking number. It's possible, I misunderstood the correspondence and that all gloves will be shipped together. Wheras I was under the impression the Exhibition Pro's and body armor would come together, with the Prodigy and Formula gloves trailing.

We pre-printed shipping labels with the expectation to ship our gloves as mentioned. Everyone should have received a shipment notification. These numbers will remain for your order.

PLEASE accept my personal apologies, I would prefer to be straight and tell it like it is, then to make excuses. If anyone is "angered" over this situation, PLEASE contact me so I can refund your order or try to make it right.

There's 2 things I can't tolerate; shitty quality and angry customers and I try to avoid them at all costs.

I'll update again shortly.

Sincerely,
JF

John,

Who are you shipping with (to the continental U.S.)? I have received two emails about supposed shipments from DHL, but they look a little suspicious to me, so I haven't opened the attachment that supposedly contains the shipping info for that reason. Other than that, I haven't received any notice.

phishing

Those are phishing emails, having spent some time on hold with DHL, apparently it's widespread as they are telling people on hold not to open those attachments.

Our shipment emails/notifications originate from Stamps.com software, it's simply an email address input field. Although, I wonder if it requires Outlook to operate properly...

Anyone received tracking numbers for Exhibition Pro's?

Hey John,

I did receive a tracking number from stamps.com on the 2nd. But the tracking information has not changed from "electronic notification", if that helps. My shipping address is in Moscow just south of you by the way.
