I got the same thing. So, I guess I'm confused. I got shipping info, but nothing shipped? I only ordered gloves...

Hi John;

Thanks for the update about the delay. I ordered Prodigy gloves on February 20 and the Juggernaut on March 16.
I have not recieved any tracking numbers
to date.
I am not worried about delivery dates, but would prefer both orders shipped together.
If I have to wait a bit longer, so be it.

Can you give me an update on my order?

In business, things can/do go wrong.....it's how a business handles problems that shows if they are good to deal with or not. If you are up front about problems, then I still believe you are doing your best!
I can wait!

Cheers

PS..........sent you a PM

Update................got the tracking number........thanks John!

I'm sure. I measured around the knuckles. I just looked at some other motorcycle gloves of mine and they were sized L and XXL! I tried on a pair of Teknic gloves the other day and the XL was slightly tight.

Unfortunately, it looks like John's manufacturing facility is delaying shipment so the sizing will be a non-issue. I was willing to give it a try and wait a month, but no longer.

I'm having the exact same "problem" : All my gloves have always been 3XL, and the velocitygear's sizechart says that my size is inbetween M and L...
but since I'm ordering them made to measure, it doesn't really matter

Not sure whether I am I luckier... I got nothing...

A wild guess is that the notice has something to do with when the electronic notice received by the shipping company- once the package is received by them you should see updates.

JF, I understand your problems, but, it's going to be tough to convince people in the future to pay in advance for something that may be delivered in 2 months or more- which I suspect is going to be my case. However, I am happy with the price paid, which included shipping to Canada, and with the claims you made. Now I'll try not to include all these delays in my review of the gloves
P.S. I sure do hope though that they'll be here by the beginning of May, when I am off on a long tour.

It's the opposite problem women have- they don't like to buy clothes in XL large sizes, while men like to think they have big hands, among other things...

Well I guess mine haven't shipped either then...? No wonder there are no updates with that Stamp USPS tracking confirmation...

Looks like we'll start shipping Exhibition Pro's tomorrow and through the weekend, with the Prodigy and Formula gloves following early next week. The Prodigy and Formula gloves took longer to produce due to the small quantities and different variations.

Our goal is to have another group buy but we need your support; please post a review of your gloves once received.

If you have a question about your order, please feel free to email support@highvelocitygear.com

We'll be posting the April buy in the next few days for those who are interested.

Once again, Thank You ADVRider members!

Sincerely,
JF
John Franklin
I would be interested in the next group buy. Exhibition pro and Prodigy.
Looking forward to reviews. My concern and interest will be fit, Sizing chart seems off to me as it lists me as large when I normally wear xxl or in some cases xl's,

Exhibition Pro's

Hello again,

I have a DHL tracking number for the Exhibition Pro's, unfortunately DHL has been sitting on it for 3 days, from pick-up to departure. If it clears customs without any issues, I very well may be able to start shipping all Exhibition Pro's tomorrow.

I'd like to thank everyone once again, I haven't seen any angry emails or upset customers and I greatly appreciate it. I just wish I would have known that before I sent an email to my manufacturer....now I'm apologizing all over again

Eh? Sizing issue

I just received the Exhibition Pros that seem to be well made. However I was told to use the size chart as reference which is actually wrong.

I just pm'd you JF and will need the next size up. Medium in this case...

Thanks!
