arrival

Finally!!!!

Our remaining glove order should clear customs within 24 hours, we're experiencing a 3-4 day "hold" due to Kangaroo leather... dhl brokers....

This portion of our buy clearly didn't go as planned, thank you for making it a non-issue. I hope the quality makes up for any headache's the delays have caused.

The good news, once we start stocking them quality and aesthetics only improve, believe it or not..

Most importantly though, if you've purchased a pair please send an email to Ride Magazine.

I WANT THE COMPARISON- more-so than sales at this point...

So again-

email- ride@ride.co.uk

Quick simple and to the point, that's all I ask...

correct

Hello again,

That is correct, Formula and Prodigy gloves...

DHL is trying to send our gloves to the Department of Fish and Wildlife due to the Kangaroo leather. Unreal... my broker had a little laugh though...

Luckily, having been down this road I contacted my broker to have him clear our shipment. Shouldn't be a problem but it will cost another day.....

Hey, could those of you who have received their gloves write us a little review and/or send a couple of photos?

Hey Gamerfou,

I may have a pair for you to review on your site, send me a PM if you're interested...

UPDATE:

Bewteen DHL and Customs our shipment was delayed for 7 days, mostly due to the Kangaroo leather. Complete nonsense! I'm unsure what my broker had to do but I was being told I needed a Fish and Game Wildlife Permit and some additional nonsense; at that point I almost blew a fuse ;)

If you're curious, here's the timeline for our shipment

3796592800

Always have a Broker......

We'll be shipping Monday.

Our current goal is to order a minimum of 100 pairs per glove style within the next 5 months. This will be a considerable investment for us, surpassing anything we've carried before. This will help us with overall quality and "detailing" as well as availability....

If anyone has any suggestions on styling or otherwise, PLEASE feel free to send us your input. Also, if you haven't sent an email to Ride magazine; WHAT are you waiting for? It's time to put up or......... protective apparel guidelines will only be pursued by the mainstreamers, ONCE the consumers push for it!!

Question

Does this mean that my gloves and Chest Armour, that I ordered and paid for on March 15th are now both being shipped to me?

shipping

Hello,

PM me your paypal email address or name used for your order and I'll see where we are.

Thank You for your patience, it's greatly appreciated. International customers were most affected by our horrific timing. I was told by DHL I would have the shipment the 1st working day after clearance, it cleared on Saturday... Still awaiting word as to where there the shipment is!!! Last scan hasn't been updated from Los Angeles, that's not completely uncommon but I don't trust DHL to be "on the ball"...

I have sent you a PM. Incidently, I don't think Washington State is "international"

Your location is listed as BC in your avatar! Sorry, I'm not a mind reader.. - beautiful columbia- beautiful british columbia; looks the same to me at a glance ;)

The International shipping delays are obviously worse for those located outside the USA.

Delivered!

Well, after 10 days of DHL/Customs nonsense, they've been delivered.

As I've mentioned before, being the small business we are, our orders vary depending on the product and personnel who do the work. I push as hard as possible, to get what I want but as with anything MONEY talks. My small 30 pair orders per style pale in comparison to the 500 + pair orders of the competition.

The difference is, I know our gloves are superior. Not because of how they look but how they perform!

The gloves that have arrived look beautiful and as far as sizing goes, I think most people will fit in their original ordered size. They fit differently than the Exhibition Pro's and overall quality is closer to what I expect. Our Exhibition Pro's had a few blem pairs and that drives me nuts!

A few customers have requested a sizing change based on the Exhibition Pro's but I'd strongly suggest trying the original ordered size first.

I'll pay for return shipping via USPS First Class Mail or 1lb Priority Mail.

Everyone cool with that?

On our Exhibition Pro order, we had less than a 1/3 of the gloves returned for sizing. I'm pretty sure we'll do better than that this time.
