Long way

I've been to these places. The BRP and Skyline drive are motorcycle heaven.I found that it takes a long time to travel the whole length at 45 mph. It's fun riding and the roads that intersect can be fun too.I remember a road that had 15 mph hairpin turns that reminded me how poor a rider I was and still am.These areas make me wish I could throw away all calenders and ride everday for years.

Awful nice of you to allow a GS to come along with the Tiger on the trip.

thanks for the positive thoughts, brothers and sisters. I'm pretty sure my beloved tiger is totalled. I just got home from the hospital, so it'll be a few more days before I can get out to collect the bike and deal with insurance claims, etc.

But I'm in one piece, able to move my arms and legs. I'm just happy to be here.

Thanks again.

And on that note, if you get to the point of searching for another Girlie and there are any out my way (Denver) or within a couple hundred miles of Denver and you'd like me to check it out for you - just say the word! Good Girlies are probably starting to get a little hard to find in one's local area anyway. I love mine so much I wish I could pick up another one or two!

I noticed this over at TT and posted there as well but you can never have too many well wishes sent your way. Heal up and holler if you need anything.

Let's see some pics of your war wounds! Wear your scars (casts and all) with pride!

Any toxic brittany style pics of the hot nurses in the hospital?

Seriously, glad to hear your okay.

Sorry about the Tiger!
