Thanks for the info.
Just wanted to say thanks for the info on the lights. I have only road 3 times in dark, and I feel like I just need more light! I think they would work like the fog lights on my cage.
I am very sorry about your bike. At least it can be replaced, you can't! As for the guy, trying to go around you? Were you turning? We had a pretty close call on this past Sunday. We were coming home from our normal ride to breakfast. We live in the country, off a 2 lane road. I was in the lead, husband behind. We both had our left turn signals on, getting ready to turn into our neighborhood. This crazy lady in a red truck who had been following us for a few miles decided to go around both of us on the left! Just as I was starting to turn. My thumb was firmly on the horn button, but she never even looked! I guess it's a good thing I am a fairly new rider and look everywhere all the time! It could have been very ugly!! I really wanted to follow her and give her a piece of my mind, but I thought better of it and went home instead. I stewed for 2 days, wondering how someone could be that stupid. I also can't help but wonder if she would have done the same thing if we were driving the monster truck, or my large red cage. GRRR!! Again, so glad you are ok!! Take care!! For those who are not going camping this weekend.
It looks like the weather will be nice this weekend.
If anyone would like to meet for dinner, may I suggest Vella's on Knotts Abott Drive? Saturday 5 pm as usual.

Heading in a different direction
A bit late announced. Already committed to another ride. Going to Georgetown Wooden Boat Show. Won't be back on time. OTOH, if somebody is interested in a daylong ride and some entertainment, here are couple of links: http://www.meetup.com/SCRC048/events/86092522/ https://woodenboatshow.com/ |

FWIW - If you are wanting to grab food and are in the mood for Mexican, I suggest El Poblano's. Not too far from Vella's on same road and good atmosphere and great food!

Where is this? I've never noticed it, but am willing to go check it out. I know there is Monterys, La Fiesta, Taco Cid, and Taco Bell on the Knox Abbot/Charleston Hwy stretch in Cayce. Pink Lady was referring to the Vella's location in Cayce, not Chapin.
