Love you Rashy!
Cool bike for a 13 yr old kid who grew up near some of the best unimproved roads of the alley sweeper

And I'd let you ride it................hell, I'd give you ride on it.

After only having the bike for a couple of days, I was showing it off to some neighborhood friends when one of them wanted to see me ride it........

Me: "I can't ride it in the road unless Dad is here to watch me"

Joe: "So ride it from the driveway into the garage"

Me: "Oh, I guess that would be OK".........I push it to end of driveway.

Joe: "I want to ride on the back"

So I start it up, Joe gets on the back, I dump the clutch and kill it, again, and again, then rev it up, dump the clutch.........wheelie into the garage, Joe falls off the back, bike hits the lawn mower which hits my 10 speed which knocks over the table saw, in a big cloud of sawdust.
We pick everything up, but garage is covered in sawdust. So I tell my buddy's, "alright, you gotta help me with this" so we start dusting everything in the garage, and to do this we had to clean the entire garage, so just as we swept up the last pile of sawdust Mom and Dad pull into the driveway (my friends split as soon as they see the car)................Dad was so proud of me..............I had cleaned up the garage with out even being asked

Never did ever tell him the real story, but I did tell it to Momma Road Rash years later.............she remembered it, Dad bragged to his friends about me cleaning up the garage with out being asked to

I dunno. I seem to recall brand new ones being sold for not much more then that (way under msrp) because no one was buying them

You are correct. After I posted, I did some searching around, and the price is pretty typical - But his does have some extras.

Dr 350

I'm scouring craigslist at work ... looking at all the bikes you guys in the Northwest can choose from and I ran across this one:
Primo 1999 DR350.

http://seattle.craigslist.org/tac/mcy/3340848132.html

I'm moving to the Bothell area in May, and can't wait to start picking up some of these great deals ... and most of all I'm excited about riding year round. Alaska weather forces us to do some necessary tire mods, riding mods, and layering in order to get the bikes out past November or before March.
