Heavier springs for an extra 8 pounds of gas? Most of the FFs here lose that much taking a good shit in the morning!

I still dream of a little Manx dune buggy.

It'll never happen, but I keep dreaming.

yea those tires are fuggin insane.

Monday or Tuesday I'm going to look at a 2004 650L. Most likely I'll be riding it back home.

Why do people hate on the XRLs compared to the XRRs??

XRL is 50 pounds heavier and less powerful... But it has E-start.

I would have bought a plated XRR when I was in the market, but they were all out of my price range.

that helps... I suppose.

if both are stock and unchanged, how does one have more power? Or handling? Etc.

how much different are the engines, suspension handling etc from.each??

I don't see much of a difference mostly cuz I'm a virgin noob and haven't rode either. I'm assuming if I have it would be easy to distinguish.

ohhh I get it now. Someone a while back said the L stood for "ladies" ... With the e start it makes sense.

Personally I'd rather have.the kick start because I hate electronics and wiring. Gives me something to think about now.
