The 661 Flight Motocross boot.
I can get a deal on these.

I wish I could get a deal on these...

..unfortunately I gotta pay $500, same as everybody

CTom, thanks for your offer, but I'm EU size 43 (10). Your size 45s are too big for my feet.

You know what they say about guys with big feet.....
....they wear big boots.....

^ Kick start and asking too much for that too.

That 2001 DRZ is a better bike and realistically is worth $1800 - $2000.

Man, you're pretty good at this bike locator stuff Mick.

Now find a bike like the first one, at the price of the second one within fifty miles of Dover.

Come on now...I heard you had connections.

edit: yeah, like wayne said.

^ They're for walking around Starbucks parking lots.

I've got a pair of these:

Kevin just got a pair of these:

Gaerne make a nice boot. IMO it would be very hard to suffer any kind of severe foot injury wearing one of those.

Tom the Sidi ADV rains are NOT MX boots! They are the ones that Blaster ruined his foot with(dislocated all his toes!!!!). I sold mine for that reason.
If you are looking for a comfy good looking "commuter" boot, they are the shit... BUT they are not stout boots by any means.

They are comfortable to walk in but no they are not great foot protection unless it is from the elements.
They will hold water

Yeah Jack that one is a bit overpriced but sure is clean.

On a similar note, I went down to the local Honda dealer today to "satisfy a craving".

No NX 700's or 500's. Wanted to see if this might be a good commuter only bike-not coming in til May.

They have a 2011 DRZ 400 w/5k on it. $5100.00. A bit high. Well the thing was in the shop having a new battery installed....crap.

No love or test rides for Tom today.

I'm beginning to think that I should take up RC flying.

02, you know that was just a joke....right?

Keep telling yourself that, you just might believe it! Ya know ya wanna!

I stopped in DMS myself today, to look at the Super Tenere some more. However, with a possible 20% pay cut looming (thanks assbama- and others of both parties - for your sequester BS) there will not be a new bike anytime soon.

I really like the looks of the White color scheme on the SuperTen. I think it would be a wonderful road/dirt road bike but they seem kind of fragile underneath....more than a few cracked cases with oil seeping out.
