Short Notice: Big Bikes and the Tour of California

The Amgen Tour of California will be in the area tomorrow.

Check out the stage route here

I was going to take 6n19 off of Bouquet, hop up on the ridge and make my way over to the corner of Lake Elizabeth and SF Canyon. They'll be at this corner between 12:15 and 12:30 per the route sheet here. Then flip it and catch them again on Bouquet Canyon.

My first dirt ride on a new to me 990 with stock tires so pace will be easy. Any interest?

What sort of bike and experience do you have? I lurk on this thread, but don't post (or ride) much because it's a PITA to lug a green sticker bike around CA.

Also...howdy neighbor. There were yahoos-a-plenty when I came through LH an hour ago.

hey. howdy neighbor.
as for bike experience, been riding street growing up, just got my dual sport bike last month or so. seeing all these trails around san fran inspired me to try dirt. been off road maybe like four times, right now just comfortable on fire roads. hill climb and downhill, not so much-crashed couple of times, haha. still needs practice.
