Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform area development at the Rowher Flats OHV Site on the Angeles National Forest. The work includes restroom building demolition, restroom vault demolition, vault decommissioning, removal of steel fencing cables, installation of shade structures, site amentities, and the construction of concrete walkways, slabs, footing, and kiosks.

The estimated value is between $25,000 and $100,000. No formal site visit has been scheduled at this time. If one is scheduled, the details will be in the solicitation package. The complete solicitation package will be available for download at www.fbo.gov on or around March 14, 2014.

Maybe they will open the closed areas if they are developing to be more like Gorman. If that's the case watch out for more quads, trucks and side by sides blasting around corners :(

Klammer, myself & my buddy mike had the place ALL to ourselves today, rich was asked to round up a few of the boys & scout the trails for any washouts or major hazards. Other than your normal mini rain washouts everything looked pretty good. Lookout was first on the list, if you enjoy more exposed rock than ever, head there first Rattlesnake is another, just be careful there Coyote had a nice size boulder blocking the trail which we cleared out. All in all good times
