Place to park & unload by the 14 Fwy?

I'm a noob and have a small plated dual sport (no fwy). Is there a place I can unload my bike near the 14 fwy and ride to Rowher Flats? That dirt road from Sierra Hwy to Staging Area 1 seems to take forever in my little truck. I figure I might as well ride it and get a little more experience. Thanks, Tom

Where you coming from? you can get to Rowher from anywhere without FWY if you choose, riding there is fun, fuck loading and unloading, then loading again and unloading when done riding, tis why we get plated bikes.

If you dont want to ride there, exit the 14 at Via princessa, right off the FWY theres lots of townhouses with parking available errwhere on the street, you can get to rowher from there, just take sierra down, will be about 7 miles or so.

Off of Sierra, I don't think you can. Might be wrong, but I'm pretty sure you can't...

Yep Rob, it's all bullshit, this year for the first time I got a bill from the Visalia Fire Dept, for a fire safety inspection($179.00), they've done them for years and never charged before? WTF? The Fed, State & local government agency's are finding lots of ways to charge for shit they've been doing as a service for ever. Another good one, two years ago Visalia PD stuck a $50.00 fee on all VPD tows, the Vehicle owner gets stuck with that one.
