I'm thinking it broke a ring as it went to smoking an oil cloud. I had ran Edwards ranch road, 1004 to LC, 1005 to 51 and had passed the stop sign at 56 by a couple miles when the power dropped and saw the cloud in the rearview before it died. It would try to start on one cylinder but not quite make it.

On another note I could release the bars at 45 mph, being towed, and it tracked straight.

I'll have a rig ready for RTB one way or the other.

When I saw that pic... my first thought was... MAN ..CLEATUS IS DOIN HIS GOOD DEED FOR THE DAY BY PULLIN THAT HAPLESS DODGE OUT OF A JAM WITH THAT REBORN GOOSE! ... but .... OH WELL...........
