I accessed I from my computer by following the link while logged out of youtube.

I really don't feel like reprocessing it and uploading it again. At 1080p that little video is almost a full gig.

I know that, but you are on an iPhone and there are similar issues. Some videos on YouTube won't play on IOS devices. So since it works on mine, it should work on yours, iPad or iPhone. Unless, of course, you did something to yours

CA here I come

While ya'll are struggling through technology and goatology, I'm gonna do a little adv'n later this week to CA, via a nice slow warm southern route, with a few days soaking sun in in Death Valley, Joshua trees and anywhere else I find along the sorry way. Any can't miss points to camp at along the way? I picked a fine month to quit drinking, but hey, anyone got a goat they want hauled out there?

In other and slightly less bestial news, Liteitup Phil finds the throttle on his new to him KTM.

Pretty sure that will buff right out.

Is that a rear wheel skid mark or did something else deposit that while finding the throttle?

Hmmm. Good question.

In other news, still no feeling in my fingertips . Well. Unless pain is a "feeling". Numb and painful. Not a great combo.

I camped all the way out to cali a few months ago and the best place I found was at Shiprock New Mexico.

It's in nowheresville on Navajo land, no roads to get there so when you see it, cut off the pavement and head North about 4 miles towards the big rock. No city lights, no noises, it was probably one of the coolest spots of the whole trip. Here it is looking back towards Indian Service Rt 13, it runs just south of the rock.

Beautiful! I've been around that area some, having come from CO, but never camped there. Great idea and I'll try and check it out on the return trip early April, when it would be a little warmer than now. You can get lucky and get an occasional warmer period this time of year there but it's probably a month to 6 weeks out from the great warmer daytime spring weather, and the annual Moab temptation.
