Yes, it replaces the mount for the diagnostic plug on top of the air box.

Dudes, I want to thank Central Texas Powersports in Georgetown, TX for their excellent customer service. They performed a recall notice on my Super Tenre's headlight plugs, in a very courteous and prompt fashion. They ordered the part in advance and scheduled an appointment for me. The dealership where I purchased the bike, in Austin, was not helpful at all.

Veriest1, those little loops and off shoot dead ends are great. Water is flowing and the LC only had one bike while I was there for lunch.
