And I thought I was aggressive :-) Nah, just trying to do it the Lonestar way which was help people out and be a friend.

Yep, I didn't think you were aggressive at all. And that's a good summary of Lonestar's method - helping people out and being a good member of the community. Most dealers look at riders as a revenue stream and many employees view them as a PITA. Lonestar was different.

Pizza and I rode some yesterday afternoon. As we were heading up back north, we hit Edwards road from 51 to 56. Apparently that was his first time to ride that road. Its a sweet piece of pavement. I hope the same jokers that ruined 51 (between 205 and 67) stay away from Edward's road.

I know I am a bit late but next time take I-20 to 360 and go north. the heavy traffic in the evening is south bound on 360

You have a smart phone, don't you??? Use your map feature and check the traffic. Traffic can be a standstill anywhere in the metro-mess. It defies reason or even a pattern. Clearly this advice is a) worth every cent you paid for it and b) for the next trip.

I assumed he was trying to avoid traffic, not find it. But if I'm wrong, and the "best way" actually means "stuck in fucking traffic the longest time" then yes, have whoever you're picking up fly into either LUV or that Austin airport. But pee first and avoid getting that 64 oz drink at the C-store for the trip.

From Waco take I35 to 67 and then once you get to Dallas on 67 take surface streets on over to Love Field.

There's little traffic going into Dallas on hwy 67 during the day and in the afternoons. Plan to fly back in during the morning hours, midday, or after rush hour and the traffic heading South on hwy 67 won't be bad either.

We've quit using DFW because Love Field is so much easier to get to from South of the Metroplex.
