Just enough left......

SOG: Hey. Is this Loco Coyote thing still happening?

Me: I posted a thread on TWT for possible lunatic replys...

http://www.twtex.com/forums/showthread.php?t=66921

none yet.......

Got just enough rear tread on that Shinko to make it up there...& hopefully back. (That tire has lasted 1K miles longer than I thought it would!!) Now knockin on 4K ...after 600 mile weekend in N Tx...380 mile day north of Weatherford...250 miles round trip to sis' in Arlington for turkey & a little jog down to Belton for Q yesterday.
...& that was all in one week.

In Brownfield, TX, which should be called brownair today, as the 37 mph north wind is moving some soil back down south today. And tumbleweeds are on the move too.

On the LC, it's tomorrow or next year. Looks like I picked the wrong damn week to start that diet...

You are close. Two turns and you are home. And one is your driveway.

I'm heading out from the Austin area tomorrow (Sunday) morning to get my last LC fix for the year.

Can meet up with you Waco area riders enroute. Just need a time and place.

Why put off today what you can put off tomorrow?

Hey JD.....How'z 9:30-10 out here at the CEFCO Hwy6 & FM185 ???

Try to stay on the smaller tree lined lanes on the way up to Loco.

That'd put us there around 11:30 to beat any possible crowds.

Nice job with the video......didn't think you had any water in those tanks and you have some rye coming up....there's another plus. Your place looks a lot better than I thought it would. I got another 1/2 inch last night. How'd you do? Might be driving up to LC tomorrow. My two cold-weather bikes are in the shop. I'm more interested in BQ than freezing my ass off on Darth.

Loco Coyote is closed after tomorrow until Spring. He is taking a break and doing some re-modeling. Ate there today and talked to Tom and he confirmed to news. You have 1 day or a long wait to eat....

Meeting SOG at CEFCO at 8am.

Maybe split the difference and meet at 9am?

I'm skeered there might be an early crowd.

If we don't leave by/at 8 a.m., it might not still be below freezing. If you are gonna go "idiot", I say let's go "big idiot". I'll be pulling together my nanook gear tonight. JD, you can pick the time since it's 20 minutes for me.

dsavage. I'll call if anything changes but I'm betting we will be there before 12 (11:30ish is my goal). They open at 11.

I'll be there if you'll be there. Ain't nobody gonna out stupid me. Unless , for example, they are riding from Round Rock. Maybe 8:30, 9 ain't that bad. You pick. Simply don't care. Just want to be able to have a decent ride up there and get there before the churchladies and pirates.
