Nope. Will check it out. Want to go down there and check some tents out. Been awhile since I have bought a tent, they have changed quite a bit.

Short of moving? I have one of those hydro vests. They're ok, Not great, but better than nothing. Helps if you have a smaller windscreen to let some more air on you. Also, sticking to the tree lined roads helps - that's why Mr2mch is in East Texas now: more trees and more shade. Maybe the best advice comes from Mudclod who usually goes kayaking in the summer months. I tend to only ride in the early morning or late evening until the fall comes.

I don't know your usual riding attire but what helped me deal wit the heat wasa pair of mesh armor lined pants, in my case first gear mesh tex. I wear shorts or a swimsuit underneath. I also have a first gear mesh jacket, when its real hot you don't want any cotton tshirt so buy one of the wicking t shirts. I liked the fit of the FG stuff but olympia has some good stuff too.

If you wear jeans and cotton tshirt you will be very uncomfortable.

Going by Killeen Power Sports in the morning, then to Georgetown, then on to LoneStar BMW to pick up some parts, then on to Buda to Cabela's. SOG if you find a tire that needs to be picked up let me know and I'll pick it up for you. Sunday I am taking all the kids, niese's and nephew's to the lake , so no riding this weekend for me.
