thats good news cause I was only gonna order burgers there from now on. Last 2-3 times the ribs were subpar . Wish they would tell ya when they're gonna "rush them" . Still not sure I wanna gamble on the ribs

Pizza. I only had one sub-par rib experience but yesterday restored my faith. I think James and I are gonna try to make it up to your place this week after work. If he gets his "I just bought a new house and have to re-model it in two weeks" OCD event under control, that is.

In other news, LC's brisket looked remarkably better yesterday.

This thread suddenly got serious.

I haven't had subpar ribs there and I hope I never do.

lol. On my outlier visit they were simply underdone. Another hour and they would have been great.

Don't get me wrong, I love the LC but have been disappointed the last few times. Hour plus wait for food when the place has maybe 15 customers...then IMHO sub-par ribs on more than one occasion.

I realize the LC has the "not in a hurry" kinda attitude but to me that only goes so far, its starts being used like an excuse for poor service. I've been in the business a long time and have higher expectations. After saying all this, which probably belongs in another thread, certainly don't want to bash the place at all. I will return in the future many times as I've had glorious ribs and good service there plus it has an x factor I like. chow, pizza

DFW = Dallas Fort Worth

LF = Looking For

Vstrom = motor with two wheels
1200gs = motor with two wheels

I think there are a couple of people in this thread that need to realize what sarcasm on the internet looks like.

Good ride this weekend. I didn't get much sleep Friday night, so I was beat by the end of Saturday. Cory had a awesome time, really enjoyed it. It was his first post surgery ride, which was also his first ride in almost two years I think. He really enjoyed the DRZ, not so much on the KTM. I think he was just to nervous on the big bike, even though I told him it was a tank and he couldn't hurt it.
