Light rain here. Been going on for about an hour. Won't amount to much, but better than nothing. Plus the temperature has dropped into the 60's.

I left my truck windows open hoping that it would rain. I awoke around 5PM and dashed outside to put them up and 5 minutes later it rained hard. Will try that again when we need rain. Hope it works. We got about 1 inch.

Put off riding and started some maintenance work on the rigid because of the rain this morning and just got in from the shop and I'm still not finished.

Wednesday the 19th will pull out with the rig on trailer for 4 days in and around Mountain View, AR for the U.S. sidecar national rally. Thursday morning starts the off-pavement running, but will be sure to run Push Mountain Road while I'm in the area.

I was out in the garage working when it hit about 3:30 am. Lots of wind almost no rain. Ground was dry come day break.

How is it possible to ride 8 miles with SOG and find your tail light wiring melted to hell??? I put almost a 1000 miles on the HP2 now and no issues until a run to Osage and back from my house somewhere about mile 6 I get LampF message on my gauges. Get home and left turn signal out...not hard to figure out...all wiring toast Why does Remus design their exhaust this way? I fabricated a new hanger last night to reposition my exhaust flow about 2 inches lower...will have to see if that corrects it
