Well, not to hijack the thread or anything, but...

VERY COOL racing photos! Man, that stuff brings back some memories. I grew up racing anything on two wheels: motocross, enduro, desert, flat track, trials, etc. Now I'm 52 years old and highly domesticated (and broke - how did I afford that shit when I was younger???) so I do my "pig rasslin'" on weekends with my little 1150 dualsport. I loved racing and really enjoy seeing photos of other people doing it, but have no interest in getting back into it. Every morning when I wake up and my joints creak and crack and hurt I remember how much fun I had.

Thanks again for the racing shots, that's just SWEET!

Stefano forks are experimental. They start as a Marzocchi Shiver 45 standard, but have been completely worked over. They have increased stroke, experimental springs, leg rods made with a special steel, and development version of a double internal cartridge system. Basically, they are the development mule for a new off-road version of a patent-pending suspension system presented by Bitubo at this years Eicma. It's not something that is currently on the market, and I haven't the foggiest if or when it will be.

Why not just wack on a pair of WPs or showas with desired travel?

Surely that would be easier than these forks?

Also the sliders must have been replaced as you cant just add 60mm without some tube can you?
