Leo Parente just did something a few are calling closer to a movie than it is mere car or race coverage.

I had a religious moment when the McLaren cars were rolled out of the trailer (high def, full screen, sit back and enjoy):

know what you mean,

I am going to Las Vagas next month and can belt a MP4-12C around a track for about $400.... seriously thinking about it

funny though, it takes a $1.5mil car to get me feeling the same about a motorcyle

I did 6 laps at 150MPH DRIVING an open wheeler - basically a toned down Indy car. Follow their driver in another car in front and they wave flags to tell you to speed up or slow down. Back off a bit and get the flag to floor it on the next straight . .

Well worth the $400 at the time - about $600 now I think... So much to do in Vegas and all you need is money

Nascar was fricken stunning too - usually late Feb in Vegas I think though.

A sobering reminder that the second you let your guard down, that which can go wrong, will go wrong.

This should be compulsory viewing for all new riders

I know it polarizes people a bit but I agree. But there are still a lot of people who think they are somehow immune to all that.

Reminds me why I don't particularly want a sports bike, or ride in Russia.. :-)

That being said...lot of people riding in blind spots - not riding defensively..

The old chestnut - target fixation too...especially with the camera's mounted to helmets...you can see them look at the edge of the road, dirt verge, tree, sign, guardrail etc....anything but the road...

I agree..be good for new riders to look at..
