Sir/Madam,

It will go in, but is likely to be the wrong shape to run properly. Why not install the correct one?

Regards,

Derek

The needle would be ~$17.36 (dependent on exchange rates). For international customers I accept paypal, and charge an ~4% fee (what paypal charges me), plus a $10.00 international services fee to cover the cost of dealing with customs forms and wrangling with the post office (I use express or priority mail for international customers). The outbound shipping fee will be determined once the item has been packaged and the package has been weighed and measured.

Regards,

Derek

Hello all,

I now have in stock the long style cold start enrichment plunger with knob which extends out past throttle cables. It comes stock on the '90-'91 Suzuki DR650 and can be used on Aprilia Moto 6.5, Cagiva Canyon 500/600, '03-'04 Husqvarna SM610S, KTM640 and '92-'11 Suzuki DR650 to replace the cable operated cold start enrichment plunger.

I added them above as well, so the list is complete.

Regards,

Derek

A couple of questions

Hi Derek,

I'm looking for the o-ring that goes under the slide on a 2007 DR650, I can't find it in the OEM drawings. I believe it is the 10.2 x 1/4mm o-ring. It didn't come with my rebuild kit from Procycle. (I ordered it before I'd found your offerings) Do you have one, and if so, how much?

Also, I have a 1993 DR350s and will eventually go through the carb on that bike. Do you offer the necessary gaskets & o-rings for that carb? I would like to buy everything I'm likely to need in one shot. Of course, after I get it apart I may find I need more parts too...

Many thanks to you and everybody else who contributed to the lively discussion in the BST-40 Bible thread. I have my DR650 carb put back together, and once I get the rest of the bike reassembled, I'll see how it runs.

Thanks,
Dean

Are you referring to the o-ring that goes under the slide guide? If so, I have them in stock at $2.04 ea.

From having a quick look at the parts listing, yes. I have to spend a few more moments cross referencing to see if an existing kit I offer has all of the right parts in it. If not, I'll create a new one. I'll try to get back with you on this tomorrow.

Yes, the o-ring under the slide guide. Mine is a little squished looking.
Thanks again.
