2006 KTM 250sx

I'm also selling my '06 KTM 250SX (My ducati will be for sale soon and my VFR is for sale a page or two back). This has been my baby for about 2 years now. I go through a lot of bikes but this one is one I NEVER planned to sell. We're moving (as it appears) to Kansas and there is nowhere to ride there. I have ridden it as a trail bike ONLY I do not race or do motocross. I have NEVER been in a race, just to be clear. The hours on this girl have been Croom trail riding hours. The wife says I can take one bike so I'm putting all of them up for sale and whichever is left I'll keep. I'm in no hurry. My price is fair and firm. I'm just being straight forward. No budging on the numbers. Sorry fella's. Details below:

Up for sale is a 2006 KTM 250SX. This bike has some great parts.

- Recent fork rebuild by TFSuspension (sprung for a 195-205lb rider)
- FMF titanium silencer
- Pro Circuit Platinum 2 pipe
- New front Sprocket
- Supersprox KTM branded rear sprocket (in great condition - used and included - not installed)
- New rear sprocket installed (steel).
- New DID X-Ring Chain
- New SDG Seat (old seat included too.... fine condition just a small tear)
- New Pillowtop grips
- Bark Busters
- KTM Racing anodized clutch cover
- KTM Racing anodized ignition cover
- Devol Radiator Braces (1 piece fully enclosed)
- Aluminum throttle tube
- 4 air filters (Again, I change my oil and filters EVERY ride)
- Tires have around 5 rides on them (Bridgestone M403)
- New Bridgestone Heavy Duty Tubes (replaced when tires were replaced)
- 3 extra (3 different settings) power valve springs
- OEM Manual/Briefcase (sorry, no OEM toolbag)
- Steering Stem Bearings recently packed and greased
- Shock bearings recently packed and greases
- Coolant flushed recently (distilled water and water wetter is what I use)
- Brakes flushed
- Clutch flushed

I JUST PURCHASED A NEW CROOM PASS FOR IT. IT IS INCLUDED AND ON THE BIKE ALREADY. GOOD TILL JUNE 2013.

I take METICULOUS care of my bikes. This is my favorite that I own. She has been well cared for and is in excellent shape. Before you compare other bikes remember how many parts you'll need to buy to get one as nice as this one (radiator guards, throttle tube, chains, sprockets, etc). This is a ready to go package. Hop on and ride!

Price: $3,000 (again, price is firm)

Thanks for looking:

That old XT's got history, mang, and ya just can't put a price tag on that. It should go in the PAR Museum.

And it's not like the XT NEEDS more range! I flogged mine to death and got about 2200 miles to the gallon IIRC

Fine by me dude. Not really sure what youre so cranky about though. The buyer was a no-show, to be clear. He never showed up to even look at it. The flakiness of the dude is what made me question his integrity. Looks like I was right. To be honest this is the bike I own that I want to sell the least. I'd be glad NOT to sell it. Its def worth more than im asking.

Who pissed in your Cheerios brother? Wrong side of the bed this morning?
