Dave,
This one is modded quite a bit.....hard to find clean TJ's for a reasonable $.

Yeah, I may have to travel to a different state to get a good one. The market here in south Florida is inflated due to a group of resellers. I don't mind that used Wranglers cost more, but it's ridiculous what some have been asking down here, where-as Craigslist has good deals elsewhere if I could just figure out how to get there. I've already been looking at a motorcycle front-tire hitch brakcet to ride the DR650 up to one, then tow the bike back, lol.

Thanks Sanjoh - that is neat, and affordable. I'm dubious about it as a daily driver though.

Daily driver....they are quite small inside. I bought a trailer to haul it around on long trips. It amazed at what every one believes they are worth...Good luck

I have a set of stock XR600R wheels. For the gen 3 model (post 94, 17mm front axle). Rims are in good shape; no dings, seem pretty round. Rotors look good. Spokes are good and no loose/worn out ones.

I'd probably throw on a set of rear bearings before using them. They currently have some trashed Maxxis tires, so you would need to get some new tires.

Fits all Honda XR650Ls and at least the front will work with the 650Rs.

How is $100 for the set? I have 2 other sets of wheels, so won't be needing them.

I'd keep my 1999 Ford F-150, 4x4, extended cab long bed truck before I went that low.

Not only can you do $1000s in upgrades with the saving the long wheel base works better than a YJ/TJ

Again, why would I buy an unreliable box of a vehicle? If I'm going with Jeep 'quality' (I'm being facetious there), I might as well gain the open top since there is enough great weather to enjoy it in south Florida.

Again, if I wanted a long wheel base 4x4, my current 4x4's wheelbase is 157.4 inches. Why would I go with an ugly box?

I am looking to make a change, but I'm single... stop trying to kill my mojo.
