Sheetiron/Streetiron ...?

Hey BAARCers,

I'm off tomorrow to head up to Stonyford and the
Oakland Motorcycle Club's
Sheetiron 300 Dual-Sport ride ... planning on
camping at the Rodeo Grounds
Thursday night through Sunday, maybe ...

Should be good weather ...
I may try to ride to Ft Bragg and back to Stonyford on
easy splits on Saturday, or just explore around Mendocino Pass ...
We'll see ...

Hope to be able to say "hey" to some fellow BAARCers Friday night!

see you around the campfire,
-- SFMCjohn

Cool, I'll go on Sunday 18th, I hope to see you there. A colleague of mine will be there too with his shiny 1200GSW, one more big bike

Didn't think to look for him, but I see his kid took 1st place in the PeeWee class! I don't know how the kids do the course on 14" wheels...

Had a great time, but wow am I sore today. Now that you mention it I did well enough to earn my first ever race trophy

--5th place in C Super Senior, that sounds ridiculous but C-SS is VERY competitive

I even beat the 'Pup--been so long since he'd raced he forgot that resets count towards distance traveled and he burned a check by 4 minutes. I think that's the first time I've beat him since he turned 12...

Congrats, HWD!

In other news, our very own Woods Chick is featured in CityBike this month!

Looking great, too, I might add.

I'm sure!

As long as we're patting each other on the back, wasn't that you--our very own Roadracer_Al--featured on the cover of the latest Aerostich catalog??? A very touching moment captured for all the riding world to admire...
