He took a lot of ribbing last night and was a good sport. We tried to spin it and tell everyone he was the Saturday champion, first rider back to camp.
No excuses..........I was just listening to what my body was telling me at that moment. I was getting scary close to hurting myself and holding everyone else up. The meat wagon going in didn't help my confidence.

Thanks to Hatchcover for coming back down the hill and pulling miss nasty off of me.

I will live to ride next weekend......

You know we just rib you because we love you. If we didn't like, hell, we'd just ignore you!

Besides, like we always say to each other when we do a group ride, "Ride Your Own Ride."

I think you dropped your bike at that tree because you saw me do it
You were a good sport because we were relentless at giving you crap...all was forgotten after those mighty
fine steaks you prepared for dinner

Now about that double at Budd's Creek.........

We're as you like to say "just poking the bear".

Don't forget you rode the section many people ride around and didn't let pride get in the way of good sense when you got to the end of it. This would have been a lot more fun if you got scared and turned around.

I think there is zero distribution in our area. However Kevin was able to score a case. I'll bring what I have to BWDR..... unless I pull a Goose Creek and have to sample one or two this week.

The story is it's a long lost recipe that was found a year or so ago. They just started putting it in restaurants in this area recently. Hopefully they'll start putting it in stores early next year. Everyone I know that's tried it liked it, if I can get my hands on some more I'll bring a case this weekend.

Thanks for sharing your steak Scott.

Did your bike leak fuel when you dropped it?? I didn't get any on me so I guess it's just the carb overflow tubes.

I think I'll drain the corn gas out of the tank and order a new petcock/carb fuel tube. I still have about 4 gal. of ethanol free fuel.
