Why would you want a single over tandem? To me if you are going to haul any distance you want the tandems. They add a ton of safety to the trailer and with a single axle you are very limited to how much weight you can haul.

I'll go back to sleeping at my desk now!

Dual axle trailers will exceed the tow weight of the Rav. If I had a full size truck, tandem is the way to go.
