The O.K. cafe in Tombstone has a pretty good breakfast too.

I'm going to try to make the ride but I'm going to a UFC party the night before so waking up early might prove beyond my capabilities.

Meeting location: Gas City on Fry Blvd/Hwy 90 Bypass. Sierra Vista, AZ
Estimated Length of Ride: +/- 300 miles
Difficulty: Easy
Notes: Big bike friendly, easy pace on 50/50 paved/gravel roads. We'll head east to Douglas, then take Geronimo Trail over to Animas, Rodeo, Portal, then over the Chiricahuas and back south to Douglas, or cut over to Tombstone via Middlemarch Road.

you got the tire already, you just want it put on? I think both cochise and sierra cycles are pretty fair if you carry the wheel/tire in.
