I know I want the front one, might want the other. But I am cheap. The not shipping because of value makes me think I can afford these at least.
The other bags, are they over the seat type bags?

the other ones are tank panniers.

i suppose i should have thought of actual prices, but of the bags, only the headlight one has any real value... $25 with the others stuffed into it?

So I'm out for the camping trip this weekend. Turns out I'm scheduled to work on Sunday. I really need to not look at the schedule, no good can come of it.

but i gotta pick up some stuff from iron horse and drop off a muffler in oracle sooner than later....

rob, those mirrors are intact, the plastic is scuffed, they were on the 690. they wont fit on the GS. bmw necks down their stems and uses a different thread than ktm/suzi/honda/and aprilia. they are aprilia mirrors. not sure if they will fit on the X if thats what your thinking.

stock rubber off the ktm 690, mt21's, 21/18 with about 1/2 a life left in them, and a d606 21 inch front, also about 1/2 used.

the street tire is a trail attack from the GS. im not sure you can wear those out. hehe

A couple of us are basing out of the tal-wi-wi lodge this weekend from Fri-Mon. They are having any Oktoberfest party Fri and Sat. We will be at the Bear Wallow for breakfast Saturday (best in Alpine). We're under Rick at the Lodge.

Odly enough the X is made by Aprilia. I would like to try them out and see if they fit.

Any pics or stories from this weekends camping trip? Did everyone run off the same cliff together? AZTwin, how was the track day?

I may have a three day weekend coming up, so a make-up 191 trip may be in order.

Well, if dragging the heads of my BMW sport bike in the corners is cool, then the track day rocked! Hopefully i will get some good pics from the track photographer.

One by one the dual sport Alpine ride turned into a pavementfest. The "support" truck driver got the sniffles and backed out the night before. No one showed up ready to camp and no one wanted to ride any dirt. I decided to go to a pee wee football game with the family instead. Maybe next time.

For anyone interested, We'll be riding the rug road from east to west this Saturday. This is a ride for plated dirt bikes. Last time it took about 10 hours and we covered 200 miles. The pace is leisurely and we stop for lunch in Mammoth. There are some interesting sights along the way. We'll be leaving from my house in Willcox at 0800. PM for directions.

I hoped to complete that ride (on my new bike) before I leave for Korea, but I don't think I can make this one...
