Anyone in the SV/Benson/Tombstone area that's savy on bike that would be willing to help me out doing Dave's Carb mod and a smog pump removal as well as adjusting my valves on my XR650L? I'm going to take a crack at it in the next month but would prefer to have someone who knows bikes to help out. I'll make it worth your time in beer/gas cash/whatever you'd prefer. Thanks!

Chris

Help!!

Attention all Cochise County/Sierra Vista ADVfreaks. Does anyone have a chain breaker that I can borrow for a couple hours to replace my new DID rivet type chain? I had originally intended to borrow a friends but he isn't going to be able to visit before my upcoming trip.

Please let me know if anyone can help me out. I live in Sierra Vista up around the Frys/Food City shopping center areas.

Thanks in advance.

- DD

Will your chain breaker also do the rivet type master links? I been thinking about getting one of those as I am not a big fan of the spring clip type, although I have never had one fail, I did carry 4 spares with me up the CDR, and I think Kevin had two.

Finally, after 3 years of lusting picked up an R1200GS and am on it everyday. I am always down to ride since it is about to become my only mode of transportation.

I would be up for a ride, but we are doing some major home projects that are just taking up all my spare time. My DS bike will be without a seat while Renazco reworks it. So, I will check back in October.

I'll be limited to a day within the federal holiday 4 day weekend but whatever day has the greatest number of people available would be the best day. If I can't make it I'll try to meet some of you guys another day.
