BBC at 8am.
Just spoke to Pat that owns the BBC. They are open tomorrow. I'll get there a little early and get us a table for 6 just in case. I count 4 or 5 on here right now.
I'm all packed and added some new farkles to the XR for this trip. Nobody laugh at my new hand muffs when they see them or else! I've got a sleeping bag, a hammock, a few MRE food pouches, matches, a small bottle of Jack Daniels ala Rob, a tinfoil emergency blanket, a warm hat so I don't have to sleep in my helmet, and a couple of those chemical foot warmer pouches just in case. Barring some weird happenstance tonight (New Year's Eve in Bisbee - who can tell?), I'll be at the BBC at 8. |

Spot file
Hi guys - Here's what my spot recorded. I obviously have to work out the difference between "tracking" mode and "OK" mode. But I think it did OK now that I realize what I have been doing wrong.
Waypoints 13, 14, and 15 are hidden behind 11 and/or 12. And I believe 18 is where I dumped it in the mud. ![]() http://share.findmespot.com/shared/f...rBlMNnrjGc0EdQ |

Where are the Pictures?
I decided to change my user name while you were gone. I am the former n3986f that had to work instead of take this ride. I was able to console myself last night thinking of you guys in the 20 degree weather
while I was feasting on Texas Roadhouse steak with my wife. (Don't tell my wife, but I would have rather been on the ride. ) So now, I need PICTURES! |

Great ride
Thanks to AZ-Twin, Gulpy Gulch, Twentyniner, and Sacrificial Anode for two great days of riding, warm campfires, cold camping, and great routes. The link below is the gps track of our trip. My gps battery died on the way back home so it didn't track our route back along the border fence in Douglas and Naco.
Lets do it again sometime soon and hopefully more will join. http://connect.garmin.com/activity/21534363 |

What a great trip. You can't beat camping in the freazing cold, with the condensation turning to ice on the inside of your tent, that is, if you have a tent.
I still need to download my pics and see if I got anything worthwhile, I will post that later tonight. I am whooped!

I guess I'll start the ball rolling.

Where is Lightfighter?
Where was lightfighter? He was telling me about this epic ride he was doing, but I don't see him in the pictures? Of course that was BG (before girlfriend).
