Madstad is a must have. But you can't have mine.

That's a great looking Vee. I really like the silver wheels. Most are black as you know. The silver makes the bike stand out amongst all of the other Stroms. I'd keep them.

So, how do you like the power? Pretty incredible, huh?

I have to say the wheels are growing on me. I did not know they are rare.

What do you want for it? I guess I should just live with it until I get the midstad, but the stock position of this wacky shield is alright.

Call G.Brick in Mill Hall. They used to stock the madstad.
I don't really want to get rid of the stock mount in case I go tits up (or down) and need an emergency replacement. You're welcome to borrow it for as long as you need until you find a solution though.
If you're having buffeting issues, try raising the stock mount to the highest setting and adding washers under the lower mounting bolts. I found the best results by tilting the windscreen back towards myself.

I am fine. The shield on the bike works well for me. But once it gets warmer I would like to be able to get more air.

The gearing feels way to tall to me. 17/44. Anything under 3500 rom and it vibrates more then feels right. I like a little more grunt down low. But I am just going to ride it for now before I change anything. I might just not be used to riding the bike. The BM had nice low end grunt. This not so much.

Not everyone but Bean and eddie(if he's not working) will be at Camp Cow Crap in Hinton, VA. H14 will be spitting a pig for Saturday evening eats.

I'm pretty sure Mark_O has other commitments over memorial day weekend. Not sure if he's planning a get together on a different date.
