So while Rob is finalizing all the tracks...

I'll do the honors of being the "Denmother"

We will have a some papers for you to fill out... when you get to the start location. Wherever and whenever that is.

Liability release and medical information forms.

Rider info sheets.

Stuck Stubs.

Helmet chin guard ID +bloodtype stickers (on bulletins in KOTW if you want to print out)

All Totes will be tagged with your ride number (we will provide) and your sleeping bag (tent if necessary, but we'll be under easy ups if you want to skip)... tires/wheels will be duct taped together and tagged too.

That's pretty much it unless Airbornedad wants to chime in. Read all the most recent posts and definitely the KOTW site blog.

Don't believe any specifics about locations and dates here...

Tents are optional since we have quite a few easy ups in case of a little rain which is unlikely. So if you bring one, please make it small and not one of those friggin' habitrails for humans you see people setting up for hours at those KOAs around the country.

I would recommend some kind of pad to sleep on...

Looks good Jim the only thing I could add is:
Containers:
you can mark your own container however you think it will be easier for you to ID it - paint it , put stickers on the lid, put a unique color of duct tape around it or whatever
we will still put the tags with your # on it
Tires:
you need to tape them together in at least 3 spots using duct tape or clear packing tape also works - again a unique color of duct tape will make it easier for you to pick your tires out of the pile and again we will put your # on them too

we will have 5 EZ-UP's Maybe 6
bring a small ground cloth if you end up being too tired to set up your own tent (I will bring a 10x10 ground cloth for however many FF's want to squeeze onto it)

weather should be perfect for sleeping under the stars MAYBE OR maybe not, so there's EZ-UPs or your own tents

Rider info Sheets:
you need to fill out 2 of these 1 you will carry and 1 will be with support
You need to know the Names, phone #'s, & e-mails Of 2 emergency contacts and let them know ahead of time that they are
your E contacts and they need to pick up the phone if a strange # pops up on their caller ID
Bring your insurance cards so you can copy the info off of it
the rest of it is easy
Support will be filling these out Too
Water Water Water Water drink plenty and be able to carry plenty
Water is your best friend
