By the way, anyone who is checking out the website. it is a work in progress. We lost most of the rider pics and info last night trying to load all of them. Should be reloaded and fixed tonight. The blog will be up next week and we will be taking Schwag orders very soon.
Hey hey, my picture on the front page of the riders section, I like it! Great work, guys. I continue to be more and more impressed.

Punkenduro (Pat), why does it look like you are about to make-out with your cousin on a dare?

Sorry... Rob sent me your photo links and the girlfriend one was too good to resist. (Cute GF)

The rider page will look cool when we're done, but going to be delayed while Rob does his Ironman ride tomorrow.

Not happening. I happened across a really nice FREE Star Master pop-up trailer today. But I have to get it by Saturday. So no ride for me.

I figure with a 6" lift and a motorcycle rack on the back, it will make a great family weekend getaway camp trailer.

Heck, reinforce the top a bit and make Looong ramps.

Park the bikes on top!

You can usually just flip the axle from a axle over leaf spring to a leaf spring over axle and gain about 3"-4" of height but no increase in travel. If that is not enough then look at "Northern Tool and Supply" as they sell offset axles and associated hardware. Also there is a custom trailer shop in Aniheim, CA that will order axle and hardware for you "Trailers Unlimited"

Adding a moto-hauler rack and bike to the back will up-set the balance of the trailer to due the increased weight rearward of the axle effecting the towing handling in a negitive way. Adding an equal amount of weight the same distance forward will offset this, but will effect the gross vehicle weight.

I think it is very do-able with a little thought and planning.

Charlie,

That was my plan on the axles. Not looking for more travel, just better ground clearance for bigger wheels and tires.

So, if I want to haul a 300lb bike on the rear, I would need to haul 300 lbs of beer on the front. Sounds do-able

What are you going to do for for beer on the 2nd and 3rd day of your trip? It's the drive home that will be the problem.

You will just have to put a moto rack on the front end for the kids bike - you know that is coming.

WOHOOO!!!

I just got a used 3.7 gal seat tank for the BRP. This will bring my total fuel to 8 gallons. In full race tune this bike will guzzle 4 gallons in 120 miles. I will de tune for 40 mpg and have a little over 300 range.

Double drink system, power bar bandolier , catheder, ..... No stopping the BRP!

Website looks cool. I will find an "appropriate pic" for #15.

Stay tuned....
