Alain, I hope you don't mind: I just could not resist running machine translation through your post. Pretty funny, eh?

but c' is brilliant Ca!!! Well thinks and well carries out!!! (afflicted, not d' accent on this keyboard!) very clever and… yes has to market ++. Sarkozy devarit sponsoriser!!

I can figure it all out, except for the Sarkozy comment.
So, I think that Paf did a pretty good job with his posting. Have fun, you all!

Alainmax, I put a keyboard with é, è, ç and à... even € in my luggage. feel free to copy/paste them

Paf that is a really clever structure that you have made, excellent very elegant execution and also looks like a ton of fun..

Let me ask you something, did you ever explore the possibility of using a "Omnidirectional shape" something like the bottom of a bowl, so the Outrigger can slide on any direction, or do you just think the straight blades of the ski's serve a better purpose

Please explain if you can.

Ps: this is my first year in the snow and I'm dyeing to ride my bike

Bravo!

HA!

A+ Olivier

You asked many questions.
Let I the time(weather) answer you because I have difficulty with English.
While waiting for look at this link on my forum french
http://www.freebiker.net/FichesPratiques/moto_skis/

You can tried to translate with this site that I use
http://www.reverso.net/text_translat...=FR&action=new

The second escape is false, it is to tidy up skis

A video embarked by the last winter when I managed to run(drive) to 70 kilometers per hour on the snow

Had a look at the french page and managed to figure out what it says. Ingeneious! A couple of stainless steel skis, a couple of Harley shocks, and a fake muffler to carry skis!
The only thing those "automatic" translators are good for is a good laugh!
Just a couple tips:
pots d'echappement = muffler
temps ( sur un horloge) = time
temps (la meteo) = weather

Paf, a couple questions:
Where did you find those composite tire chains? Did you make them?
What happens if you touch down with the ski where the snow has melted away?
Why not use shocks off an old jap bike? Metric and gotta be cheaper!

As tu les construie tu-mème?
