in spite of all the storm warnings...you guys did it after all!

turned out to be a beautiful and loooooong day...

thanks to all for making this ride happened!....

special thanks to dave (ddennis) and jim (spafxer) for leading the ride!

after 3 months off the bike, what can i do; the man is still rusty and in less than a mile of dirt...

I made back. Thanks Tim for for the escourt home. My light is a freaking joke. Going to fix that this week. I am also ordering a new speed sensor mine gave up. Joel. Thanks for putting the ride together. Ben

i was the guy on the DR from wisconsin that stumbled onto this group in maricopa, thanks to the guy(black aerostich) for the directions. looks like a good day of riding.

nice ride. biggest group ive ever ridden with. 351 miles total distance ventura to ventura. 95.6 mph top speed!!!

For such a large group, things went amazingly well. Thanks again for the fantastic organization of the ride Joel.. Thanks to ADVrider.com for such a great way to meet & ride with like minded FF's.

Dang, I KNEW I shoulda lied my way out of yesterday's duties and gone along. I think I would have paid money to see this one happen! (j/k.. BTDT in almost exactly the same spot).
As it was, I rode up to Pozo and hung out til about 3:30 and decided you guys musta headed back the other way or something. Looks like it was an ideal day!

A "big bike" to me is a Kawi Versys!

Put a big tank and 15/42 gearing and your XR650L and it would work great on a ride like this. Or maybe even your Husky SM? Those are ¨Big Bikes¨ to me.
