If it's any consolation, I tried making an actual Dallas area specific tag game on a different board. It didn't really go anywhere, but many of us in this area simply don't want to be going back and forth to the Ft Worth/Arlington area for tags (which is where most seem to come from). With as many bikes as there are here in the Plano/Frisco/McKinney/Allen/North Dallas/Parker etc. area, I don't see why we can't get our own thread going. "Big D" to me does *not* include Ft. Worth (and its surrounding area), but that's just me.

Now, before the purist "it's about the ride" thing get started, I would tend to agree if it wasn't for one thing - traffic. If I'm trying to get from Plano to Ft. Worth/Arlington during the week, it's no small feat. If it was a nice and relaxing ride in the country, I would have no problem driving a few hours to get someplace. But not out here in Dallas/Ft. Worth traffic.

I think I brought this up on here before, but if anyone is interested, I'll start the thread up. Just PM me or hit me up on here to let me know anyone is interested.

It is not where I thought it was. I was looking just above Lock #1 and couldn't find a boat ramp.

I have already been for a 225 mile ride today so it is doubtful I will go after it today.

It tends to stay on one side or the other for a little while. We had it over here for a good bit with GSA, Tex, Aanarchy, Crayon and a few others tossing it back and forth. Every once in a while someone will move it over to the other side and the FW guys will go with it for a bit. I thought the guys would jump back on it when I moved it since it was near another tag that everyone liked. I don't get on the TWT tag game very often, but I'll try to jump in your dallas only one when I have time.

Sorry to other poster who said "dallas" threw him off. I meant "big d area"

Now that everyone knows where to go, let's get this show on the road (except for simmons, he'll move it to lubbock and say that is far west dallas)

Funny you mention it. Linda just asked me if I was going to go grab it tonight.

No worries, I am staying home tonight. Leaving for a "quick" trip to the Smoky's after work on Friday and I am doing my route planning and starting to pack tonight.

I figured since its only 20 miles from Plano and its a weekend, Tattoogunman or one of the other Dallas boys would have already been all over this one.

I see it has been raining a lot over there. I am only going to be there for a day or so. It is really a quick trip.
