I know where it is now, but in the same boat as Dalroo. Getting there means going against the flow of traffic

This next one probably isn't googlable. However, there is a spillway 500y behind here where we used to hang out as teenagers. Pretty normal, except that you can apparently get drunk and ramp jet skis over it if the water is high enough. Careful though, it's only six inches deep on the landing.

Ok, so here it is. I decided on this one bc it seems to be someone's private playground. Wonder if it could be used for teaching/learning basic off road riding technics?!? Given the fact tht it's part of a church (hint#1), and it's located under the shadow of a huge water tower (hint #2), right next to railroad tracks (hint #3).
Note the nice ramp to get in and out, it's of a good size too. Would be great for classes.

Thanks! I do get some weird looks from time to time specially when I carry bat or a large ax

Nevermind, I already found it.

I figured it was close by your timestamps and shadows. They reveal the direction of the tracks and direction of the gate

It might be a few days before I can go after it so I'll keep my mouth shut so everyone else can have a stab at it.
