The Navy messed up and promoted me to Senior Chief. I'm headed up the mountain this weekend. I found a campsite near Granite Falls that will let me and my son run the motorcycles on the service roads. We'll be the only ones ther since camping season isn't in full swing yet. That'll be a good thing since I'm still cutting my teeth riding offload.

I read about seasoning the tagines. From what I gathered, the fully glazed ones need no prep but one article had something about boiled milk.

Well...in this case...it IS ground venison

Just substitute venison burger for ground beef. Oh...and we threw a little grated cheese on it we had in the fridge.

Ecubed...it's not really much different than a crock pot...just much more style and presentation....IMHO, Al Fez should chime in though...

Correction! You must season the glazed Tagines as well! Follow instructions for seasoning and use a defuser for stove top.
