hey welcome to the club. you need to have the picture hosted somewhere else like smugmug or photobucket for example. then in your post here click the square yellow icon with mountains and sun in it and put the URL of your image in there. voila, your image is attached.

I would love to be a part of a Polyface ride...I've been a fan of them since I read Michael Pollan's Omnivore's Dilemma.

On a side note I saw this in my neighborhood (17th and Church St. WDC).

Nice to see someone else sporting the moose in my neck of the woods.

Just ate at 80/20 burger on 21st st. in Norfolk Va.
had the "Redneck Wellington" burger

I must say this is the most inventive burger I have ever had the pleasure to ingest. A play on "Beef Wellington" the burger is ensconced in a light puff pastry with a hearty bourbon mustard ,goat cheese and mushrooms. did i mention it is strictly grass fed beef? Well it is. a side of soy brussels sprouts and an O'Conner dry stout to wash it all down.. This is the first twist on a traditional burger I personally approve of.

Cheers everyone.

It was.. The recipe is pretty straight forward I think. It looks like the puff pastry shell is the only challenge .

Let's see....
He's up at 0205 posting and you're answering at 0209 and needs to get to bed?

I think I might be able to make the pastery using Filo dough. And "wild" venison should make an adequate replacement for grass fed beef.
