I was riding my wifes scooter the other day ... made a right turn followed by a quick left very smooth and clean. Soon as I hit the apex it was all over found myself sliding on the tarmac. totaly unexpected the surface of the road was dry but was extreemly slipperly from accumulated oil diesal exhaust etc. Just goes to show one never Knows .

Good news is the scooter, apprilla scraboe, faired well and I walked away with nothing more than bruised ribs. Sure am glad it didnt happen on my 950.
