Germans generally speak good English. The guy who responded to me signed the mail with an Indian name, hence my deduction. Also, the respond time has been the worst I have experienced.

Thank you for your order:
So far, so good. This was in my emails when I got to work (in Australia) this morning. 6.5 hours from order to despatch (assuming they have despatched it). The money is out of my Visa account, so it all seems to be on track. Will keep you posted. |

Hey Swimmer,
Maybe it's my Deutscher heritage. My mother's family emigrated from Prussia to Australia in the 1840's. Hope your luck improves. (Hope my luck stays with me....) I remember when I was waiting for my boots, I just used to look at pictures of them on Google Images and drool; it was like waiting for Christmas. Speaking of Christmas, I was talking to a long distance trailer truck driver friend the other day, and asked how he was getting along. He replied "Great; only 3 more sleeps to Christmas". Make sure they take off another 19% as that is the VAT in the EU.

I bought an Airoh S4 helmet off them a few months back - took about 3 weeks to get to NZ, sharp price & cheap shipping, I'd deal with them again.
Cheers Clint

I ordered and paid for my Rev'it Jacket on 27 September. It arrived in Adelaide today, as described and well packaged.
I'm 2 from 2 with this mob now. |

I'm setting myself up to be the ADV Guinea Pig here.
My Rev'it jacket arrived after 3 weeks, perfect condition but marginally too small for me. I've sold it on the Aussie Fleamarket tonight, so I'm ordering a larger one. Will keep you posted. |

The jacket I ordered arrived a few days ago. It took a long time to get here. The 1st reason was that the pants I ordered with it were not in stock and that the manufacture could not deliver any until early November. They never told me that but once I found out (2 weeks later) I told them to just ship the jacket. They did ship the jacket promptly but it sat with DHL in Germany for about 2 weeks before it make the trek across the pond and then it took about another 7 days for it to arrive. Without the delay with DHL and the pants the order would have arrived pretty quick. I think the DHL delay is pretty standard. I would order from them again but make sure what I wanted was in stock or quickly available from the manufacture. Good place to get something if what you are looking for is not available in the US.

I have ordered from them locally and can't really confirm the previous positive reviews.
Overall my orders took very long to be processed and their prices are not all that great. They also messed up one order and it was a real hassle getting everything straightened out. Not very responsive to emails. Haven't ordered from them since and honestly haven't looked back... |
