I was concerned about the single clamp and planned to fit a second but once it was all fitted up it seems verry secure and the mufflers are quite light.
I think I will still fit a second clamp just as insurance.

Hey guys

I'm currently searching for the first onwner of my bike. Because there are not so many Rally Owners out there maybe someone of you can help me.

His name is Jeppe Müller and he is from Denmark. He purchased the Bike in 2009.

If you have any contact data from him please PM me.

Thank you!

I'm sure drjoe will pipe in.
The outer ring looks like leds but isn't,it is a alloy heatsink. Did i get that right joe?
The main 4 led light is pretty common from various evilbay and other suppliers.
Pretty cluey fella drjoe

Hi mate
The round led that is replacing the high beam is one of the 3000lm led lights that are available at different places, the one I used was bought locally from a eBay seller but there also available from an advrider inmate.

There supposed to have a good airflow to stop them overheating so I made some heat sinks to keep it cool behind the fairing.
It doesn't have the reach of HID or a good halogen but its considerably better than the stock light.

I maybe went a bit crazy with the drill

690 RR adventure cockpit

I gave DRJoe's a brief to change the cockpit on my 2010 690RR from a rally to an adventure cockpit. Traditionally I have had the GPS, spot tracker etc clutter along the handlebars.
The bike has come back with a first-class carbon fibre cockpit, front & rear tank protection and akrapovic exhausts. The photos do not do it justice but its the best I can do with an iPhone 4.
Thanks Joe wonderful job!

Cheers mate
The guard is from rallyraid. http://www.ktmtwins.com/rally-raid-k...aft-protection

Fits well and is super strong but the chain slider is in the wrong spot, I just left the standard chain slider on the bike and will make a linking bar from the case saver to the original slider mount bolt to take to the load off the other to mount bolts.
