Y'all know I've got a 3rd Suzuki (DR650) that is just itching to snag one away from the Yamaha(haha) boys. My blood runs RM Yellow with Blue stripes and little red S's, so I can't let the Yamaha(haha)'s have all the glory.

I was out on it tonight checking out how it does on the interstate. 70 mph is a breeze, so I kept easing it up. 75, 80, 85, 90, then I decided to open it up to see just how fast it is. What I did not realize, I had already twisted the grip as far as it would go! I was literally running WFO down the interstate! The last bike I had that I could ride at full throttle was the XL100. at 53 mph!

I have a DR650 too....it won't hold a candle to the FJR, but it's good at what I use it for.

I could have used a DR. It was a little slippery in the rain. I thought this was paved all the way up.

I also have a Ninja 250 that is a blast to ride. I can shift off the rev limiter and flog that thing without breaking every speed limit. I love riding slow bikes fast :)
