Any of you FJR guys do any big distances two up? Do we have any Concours guys around? Trying to look ahead to the next two up touring bike for Malibu_Wifey and I. I've sat on both and know I'll need handlebar risers and prolly dropped pegs likely for either.

If you want to drop the pegs you may want to bump up the suspension. Depends on how aggressive you and the Misses will sport tour.

I'm a solo rider and travel lite.

I'm slow, well... two up I'm slow. No, I'm just slow.

Can't bump it up, I might have to drop it a little I'm on tip toes on most bikes. Stubby little legs. Upper body thinks I'm 6'... weird gene pool soup.

RDC--what have you done for ergos on your 05?

:tus h

The C14 works pretty well as a 2-up bike, but you'll want to address the seat as it tends to slide you up into the tank and SWMBO will get a wedgie.

Rode from Triune down to Unionsville along 41A and nothing; don't recall seeing anything like this north past Nolensville. So, I'm quessing by the rock formation this is probably between Shelbyville and Tullahoma? Getting close? If I'm asking for too much of a hint, just let us know if it is north or south of 840?

Regards

Rod

According to Google:

If one where to travel south from 840, and travel exclusively via Highway 41A, one would need to travel 81.1 miles to reach this point.

Happy Trails!

Sounds like a road trip. Can't make the ride tomorrow or thursday, but may give it a shot on friday if someone doesn't beat me to it.
