Simple. The sole 17 starting motorcycles being able to start in Tunisia had another boat & other logistics. That's hardly a representative number of competitors in a WRC round. There may be a series of reasons for this blunder, but it's still an organizer responsibility to haul that competition package up to the races. One missed race can be "understood", but two is just too plain stupid and beyond all reason.

Hmm, but why only him took the wrong boat, the wrong logistics, = wrong management ???

As I already said there were several other bike competitors also affected by this misere. Otherwise I wouldn't have posted this info here. There's obviously something wrong when so many participants launch formal complaints with FIM on these two rallies.
